  1. Is this in a high risk flood zone? Is it in an “x” area? I am interested in this property as a vacation home, but I am living in FL. I would like to see it but it would be several weeks before I could get up there.

    • John, this home is in designated flood zone AE6. As you can see it’s sitting pretty high on pilings. I will email you more information about the flood insurance and the current policy premiums.
