    Hi Dave,
    Sorry, I didn’t notice your questions until now. The HOA Annual amount is $250 per year. Only stick built and modular (manufactured “off frame”) homes are allowed, no mobile homes. For all waterfront lots bordering on Harlowe Creek or Aligator Creek, the dwelling construction shall have an enclosed, heated living space of minimum 2,200 sqft. For all other lots a minimum of 1800 sqft.
