Bogue Sound is known for its pristine and sparkling waters, superior boating & fishing, great swimming opportunities, as well as island hopping along the many spoil islands which run parallel to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW).

Moving inside and starting on the ground floor, is where you will discover the two car garage. There is also a workshop area, storage area and foyer. Out back is a concrete patio and a large, private outdoor shower.
A very special feature of this home is that it has a built in elevator shaft which runs from the ground floor all the way to the top floor. Currently, there is no elevator in operation and space is being used as closet space on all 3 levels.
Moving upstairs to the first floor is where the large and very open living room is located. Windows overlooking Bogue Sound is one of the many features here, as well as the gas fireplace. There is a big covered deck outside and adjacent to the living room.
On the other side of the living room is the kitchen. This spacious kitchen offers plenty of room to cook and entertain in. It features a bar, perfect for breakfast, lunch and snacks. There is a large kitchen island with built in wine cooler, granite countertops throughout, built in microwave, propane stove with beautiful tile backsplash & pasta spigot, and a singular, extra-large kitchen sink.
The office/bonus room is here on the first floor. In addition, there is a full bathroom, walk-in closet and a large pantry.
The second floor is the top floor and where you will find the master bedroom. It too has a large deck adjacent to it, as well as some of the most breathtaking and panoramic views of Bogue Sound you can find anywhere. There is his and hers closet. The master bathroom is befitting its name with tile flooring, spacious double vanity including granite countertops.
