Crystal Coast fishing has been hot under some rather cool weather conditions. Air temperatures along the beaches have barley slipped past the 80 degree mark. Water temperatures have remained just under that mark at around 78 degrees. Mortgage interest rates are on the rise. For five consecutive weeks 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates have gone up and it has caused a panic in both the lending and housing markets.
